NECC had another fantastic day at this year’s ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Boston! Lead by Joe Rizza, our volunteer team had an enjoyable and rewarding day walking in support of prostate cancer research. The blue skies and cool breeze were a cherry on top of an excellent morning.
Team NECC made a good showing again this year, and we extend a heartfelt thanks to all who showed up, and to their family and loved ones as well! Here are some photos from the event.
The ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Boston features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids Superhero Dash for Dad, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program. ZERO is proud to partner with The Cancer Resource Foundation to end prostate cancer. The funds raised from ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Boston are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer. A portion of the proceeds will be used locally to benefit the Cancer Resource Foundation.
