New England Cord Blood Bank offers various programs, discounts, promotions and payment plans, as outlined below this pricing structure. Online enrollments will be provided with the best possible pricing structure available at the time of enrollment, based upon both availability and eligibility, but payment plans must be arranged for by completing the appropriate forms (downloadable on our enrollment form page, or call 888-700-2673).

Prices are for single births, please call NECBB for price quote for multiples.
Transportation of Cord Blood back to the NECBB Facility: Priority Overnight Shipping or NECBB Courier (available in limited area) is included in your fees. Medical Courier or other shipping means selected by customer will incur additional fees. Any fees above $50 will be billed to client.
Initial enrollment fees include regular shipping of cord blood kit to you. Overnight or other special shipping, if requested, will incur additional fees.
Please Note: Above fees apply to single birth for Continental United States customers only. Payments by check or credit card are due at the time of enrollment. Cancellation fees may apply. Clients within NECBB affiliate countries MUST contact the corresponding local affiliate.
